W Soccer Advances to Semi-Finals

The third seeded Women’s Soccer team defeated Wake Forest last night 3-2 in double overtime on a golden goal by sophomore Sinead Farelly to advance to the semi-finals of the 2008 ACC Championships.
Virginia now faces the seven seed Virginia Tech who surprised second seeded Florida State earlier in the day. That game will be at 7:30 tomorrow night.
