Paige Selenski is a Beast

Tuesday, September 07 2010 by Tim

And I mean that in the nicest way that a guy can possibly say that about a 20ish female.

Virginia announced today that Selenski was named the national and conference player of the week for her performances last weekend. She scored four goals against #16 Old Dominion (of the 5 total that #3 Virginia scored) and then scored both goals against Northwestern. According to that release, she’s scored nine times in the four games the team has played thus far.

From the article:

The four goals by Selenski are the most since Mia Link scored four times against Bucknell in 2004. It was Selenski's third career hat trick; she previously scored three goals in a single game twice last season.

Way to go Paige!

Tim,

I wonder how Paige would feel about you calling her a beast. Generally, women do not take that as a compliment. Although I suppose in context, she might understand.
